We are a co-operative of organizations, care providers and volunteers working together to promote training for individuals with developmental disabilities, their families and the people who support them.

Our purpose is to strive for increased skills and knowledge to better support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities by providing training opportunities throughout the Cascade Region of Oregon.
